Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, manage priorities, and represent the firm's values in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage and maintain the Managing Partner's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming/outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and expense summaries.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and occasionally meeting minutes.
- Gatekeeping: Act as liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
- Inbox Management: Monitor and triage emails, respond promptly when appropriate.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Professional demeanor and alignment with Brown Fox's core values.
