Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a large, cross-functional team of media and marketing experts, driving business objectives through cohesive, results-driven strategies Develop and nurture key client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of the client’s goals, culture, and transformation initiatives Lead strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders to proactively drive growth and innovation, ensuring the development of business-centric, data-driven strategies that elevate the client’s brand presence and market impact Champion client’s overarching vision, guiding teams in integrating creativity, technology, and media solutions to achieve tangible business results Focus on identifying new revenue opportunities while ensuring that existing efforts are optimized for maximum impact and alignment with evolving business needs Build a high-performance, growth-focused team by providing leadership and mentorship, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment to achieve top-tier client service Work closely with the client’s various business units to ensure seamless collaboration, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment Collaborate with OMG’s internal leadership across teams and divisions to identify and implement process improvements, new growth opportunities, and actionable insights Requirements
Proven experience managing large, high-impact client relationships, ideally with at least 15+ years in agency or media marketing services at a senior leadership level A deep understanding of finance and resource management, capable of leveraging business insights to inform strategy and drive growth Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships, resulting in both high-quality work and organic growth for the client Strong collaboration skills, able to navigate complex internal and external networks while influencing key decision-makers at all levels Experience in leading and evolving teams and operational models, ensuring optimal execution across client assignments Strong cultural awareness and leadership adaptability, able to lead diverse teams and clients with authenticity and relevance Data-driven decision-maker with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive client and business success Comfort and experience navigating complex organizational structures, embracing ambiguity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Deep understanding of the retail media/industry landscape, including ecosystem connectivity and seasonal sales cycles Benefits
