Responsibilities
Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location ensuring parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks.
Report accidents, violations or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
Clean up debris, water, oil spills.
Substitute for any position if necessary.
Knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Education/Experience : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Oral Communication : Speaks clearly; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
Written Communication : Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information.
Customer Service : Maintains a positive attitude; responds to requests for service and assistance.
Adaptability : Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
Judgment : Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
License Requirement : Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Physical Demands : Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk; climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch; vision required close and peripheral vision.
