In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing communications, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client and team needs promptly.
- Perform accurate high volume data entry to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create, update, and share documents and reports.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to records.
- Operate office equipment such as copiers and scanners to support administrative tasks.
- Conduct audits to verify accuracy of records and compliance with procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with filing systems and document organization.
- Competence in operating standard office equipment such as copiers and scanners.
- Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with established processes.
