**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas as required by site-specific procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to uphold a secure and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
