- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while representing Allied Universal at the location.
- Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
- Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual conditions during patrols and promptly report any concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
