**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, adapting to the unique environments of manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare locations.
• Monitor for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through visible patrols and attentive observation.
• Document and communicate any incidents, observations, or actions taken in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
