**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as needed to situations at the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns encountered during patrols at the location.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed in designated areas.
  • Support emergency response activities as required, including assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of patrol activities and incidents during the shift.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
