Corporate Associate
to join its
Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance
practice in
New York . This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile public company clients on complex governance and disclosure matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advise public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance issues
Counsel clients on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and compliance standards
Provide strategic advice on board governance, shareholder engagement, and related reporting matters
Work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant experience (law school class years 2020–2022)
Strong understanding of securities regulation and public company governance standards
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is
$260,000 – $365,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. The firm also offers a
comprehensive benefits package , including:
