Business Development Representative – Atlanta, GA
Location: Atlanta, US (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Development Representative, you’ll lead early‑stage relationships with prospective customers, exposing you to all facets of Sales and Marketing across the organization. You’ll report to the BDR Manager in Atlanta and collaborate with a team of Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.
You Will Be Responsible For
Managing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting initiatives.
Conducting discovery conversations with prospective customers and target accounts.
Building detailed insights and strategy – research, preparation, documentation, and performance tracking.
Building trusting, growth‑focused relationships internally across teammates and partners.
Collaborating with Marketing to drive ROI on activities such as events and digital marketing.
Partnering with a team of three or more Account Executives to achieve collective pipeline goals.
Qualifications We’re Seeking
1+ year of experience in Sales or Marketing (or related field).
Strong English language skills; proven phone and written communication abilities.
Professional office‑environment experience.
Preferred Additional Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent tools).
Experience in SaaS sales or marketing.
