Job Overview LaunchTech is seeking a

Lead Implementation Change Manager

to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This role provides day‑to‑day leadership and oversight for complex implementation and change‑management activities across engineering, integration, testing, training, documentation, and sustainment teams within the C2BMC Labs and Warfighter Support (CLAW) environment.

Responsibilities

Support C2BMC Labs and Warfighter Support (CLAW) on the IRES contract

Perform day‑to‑day oversight and coordination of implementation and change‑management efforts involving engineering, analysis, design, integration, training, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems

Demonstrate proven skills in change‑management oversight and quality assurance processes

Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production activities for assigned implementation and change‑management teams

Provide guidance, direction, and training to technicians within the group

Develop and implement process documentation and operating procedures, and identify/correct process anomalies

Work with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to coordinate personnel and task completion

Work with Systems Engineers and customers to determine technical requirements, develop change vehicles, and oversee implementation activities

Coordinate resources needed to install, upgrade, and maintain technology and IT infrastructure

Apply organizational processes to ensure accurate and timely service delivery

Provide IPT technical leadership for internal and external review and approval boards

Track and manage technical data and fulfill reporting requirements

Support management in tracking quality assurance metrics and elevating issues when necessary

Report quality assurance findings for formal corrective action plans

Communicate effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment

Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems with minimal supervision

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when briefing senior customers and management

Basic Requirements

Must have 2.5 or more years of experience in an IT‑related field

Must have a demonstrated ability to understand networking design, facility power design drawings, and IT infrastructure solutions

Must have a demonstrated understanding of performance planning, implementing, de‑conflicting, and managing IT and infrastructure projects

Must have a demonstrated understanding of planning and managing complex resources against constraints

Must have a strong understanding of MS Office applications (including Visio)

Must have or obtain an active Secret Clearance

Desired Requirements

Have a demonstrated understanding of the project management lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Have a demonstrated understanding of traditional systems engineering skills, requirements derivation, and development/use of requirements traceability matrices

Be familiar with IT concepts and supporting infrastructure (communications networks, computer/networking hardware, cable installations, etc.)

Have a strong understanding of MS Office applications (including Project)

Have experience successfully working IRES change processes, including CRQs

Have an understanding of Remedy, Bentley, and Planet systems

Have knowledge of Missile Defense, DoD communications systems, and MDIOC operations

Have a degree in an IT or Engineering‑related discipline

Have a demonstrated record of proactively achieving organizational goals and objectives
