Responsibilities
Typical inspection takes 5‑6 minutes.
Complete inspection within 4 days of assignment.
Report general property conditions and determine occupancy using industry standards.
Take 9+ photos with brief comments.
Complete a short form in a mobile app.
Spend extended periods driving and visiting multiple sites during the day in the assigned territory.
Requirements
Computer with reliable internet connection.
Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage).
Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
Printer.
Background check with valid driver’s license.
Pay and Hours 1099 position; each inspection has a flat rate. Equivalent earnings: $30‑$40 per hour. Depending on county (urban or rural) you may complete 20‑500 inspections per month, working 2‑30 hours per week. No set minimum; earnings increase with higher availability and larger territory coverage. No mileage reimbursement beyond the flat fee per inspection.
