Position Summary
We are seeking a
Bilingual Call Center Representative
to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
English and Spanish , have strong communication skills, and have the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish
Assist callers with questions regarding services, appointments, or account information
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or reminders as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Adhere to call center protocols and meet performance metrics (call handling, response time, quality standards)
Support team operations during high call volumes and assist with special projects when required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish
(verbal and written)
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience REQUIRED
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available to work
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday , and
some Saturdays (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
