Role Summary.
The Logistics Specialist loads and unloads tires for warehouse storage and timely customer delivery, including unloading and staging products at customers' locations. The LS represents TireHub professionally, maintains safe driving practices, and delivers exceptional customer service while fostering strong relationships.
Compensation and Hours.
Starting wage $20.50 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over your first year. Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities
Distribute tasks across general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance, and adjust allocations as business needs evolve.
Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles.
Follow safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders; use bin locator system.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols.
Participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling during scheduled and annual inventory control procedures.
Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
Ensure vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical condition.
Conduct pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections daily and report issues immediately.
Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing training (in‑class, in‑person, or computer‑based).
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership.

Requirements
At least 1 year of general work experience.
Valid driver’s license and minimum 2 years of driving history.
19 years old or older.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Capable of repeatedly lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or moving tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance.
Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
Multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Accurately and efficiently load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
Work up to 35 feet above ground level; up to 8 hours per day on a forklift.
Follow traffic rules and safely drive TireHub vehicles to deliver tires.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and Navigation systems.
Maintain forklift certification and valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions
Required to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 lbs; may use mechanical assistance per standard operating and safety procedures.
Regularly stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance; may handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment.
May be required to meet vision requirements (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception).
Operate equipment in various settings, from non‑climate‑controlled warehouses to customer locations.
Extended day, evening, and weekend work including Saturdays may be required with little to no notice.
Driving during night or inclement weather may be required.
Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed per ADA.
