The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s location. The LS represents TireHub professionally in all customer interaction, maintains safe driving practices, and delivers exceptional customer service while fostering strong customer relationships.
Starting wage:
$22.00 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 in your first year.
Hours:
Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for distribution of tasks including:
General warehousing
Delivery services
Vehicle maintenance
Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
Follows TireHub safety standards regarding selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders, and positions them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of regular inventory control procedures.
Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition.
Conducts pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections daily and reports any operational issues or mechanical defects to the supervisor.
Completes all necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
Ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures.
Participates in ongoing training through in‑class, in‑person, or computer‑based learning modules as assigned.
Completes other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or other leadership members.

Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of general work experience.
Valid driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
Must be 19 years old or older.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance.
Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
Multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Accurately and efficiently load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
Work up to 35 feet above ground level.
Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift.
Follow traffic rules and regulations while safely driving TireHub vehicles to deliver tires.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems.
Maintain forklift certification.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions
Required to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 lbs or greater with or without mechanical assistance, following standard operating and safety procedures.
Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance.
Might be required to handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment (gloves, eyewear, etc.).
Vision requirements may include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Operates equipment in both non‑climate‑controlled warehouses and customer locations.
May need extended day, evening, and weekend work, including Saturday, with little or no advanced notice.
May be required to drive at night or in inclement weather.
Must meet physical limits: not exceed 400 lbs weight or 6 ft 3 in height to ensure safe operation of equipment and safety restraints.
