Pharmacist – Travel/Contract Opportunity

Monday–Friday Shift Options: • 06:30–15:00 • 10:00–18:30 • 12:00–20:00 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Pharmacist
for a contract assignment at CVMC. This is a rotating shift role with no block scheduling. Prior travel experience is not required. Responsibilities Medication reconciliation and order verification Management of vancomycin dosing and labs Renal dosing and related clinical checks Perform sterile compounding (finger tip, broth test + math test required) General pharmacist duties within hospital setting Requirements Minimum
5 years of experience required BLS Certification (required) Sterile Compounding Competency Ability to complete Staff Pharmacist competencies Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (public transportation not accessible) Must provide complete work history including bed count, EMR used, facility type, etc. Employment gaps >90 days must be explained
