Clinical Pharmacist – Indiana (Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire)
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for an urgent backfill need. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to convert to a permanent role or be hired directly. The pharmacist will support clinical and sterile compounding operations in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Term of Assignment: ASAP start | Ongoing (contract-to-hire or direct hire)
Schedule: Full-time Typically Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Job Duties: Demonstrate ethical pharmacy practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Maintain adherence to state and federal pharmacy rules and regulations, professional practice standards, and accrediting entities Assess laboratory results and perform pharmacokinetic dosing Perform accurate prescription order entry to ensure medications are properly concentrated, free of incompatibilities, stable, and properly stored
Requirements: Clear and active Indiana Pharmacist License 2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience 2+ years in a clinical pharmacist role
Team/Culture: Collaborative clinical environment Strong focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance Supportive team with an emphasis on quality and accuracy
