About the Role Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owner to define and document business & user requirements – through shadowing associates, interviews, working sessions, follow-ups. Use process mapping to inform. Translate business needs into detailed user stories and establish clear acceptance criteria. Support the grooming & prioritization of user stories to ensure alignment with business goals & end-user needs.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities Hands-on development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform Experience of implementing data loads, inbound and outbound API integrations, catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) Ability to write JavaScript code that are easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal Proficient in UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client scrip Validated experience to train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests. Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc ) Awareness of ServiceNow service-management suite Exposure to fundamental SQL constructs and usage – DML / DQL SNOW administration experience Understanding of ITIL v3 processes

Required Skills & Experience Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation Coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application – Core system configuration Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client’s ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules Identify system deficiencies and improvisation opportunities and recommend solutions Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations Develop User Stories for ServiceNow releases and ServiceNow Design Documentation Develop Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems Create and update Documentation for ServiceNow code and configurations Work as part of an agile team developing, designing and implementing new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms Participate in ongoing production support and end user support

Location: Remote

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$100,000 – 115,000 annually]/[$50-$55 per hour].
