Talent Acquisition Partner
to join our dynamic HR team and drive our recruitment efforts in the US. This position is open to remote work anywhere in the United States, with the option to work from our New York office. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and coordinating the hiring process
Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates' fit for the organization and role requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
Collaborate with local and global recruitment agencies to ensure hiring goals are met
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Prepare and present employment offers and contracts to candidates
Leverage recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process
Support and participate in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
Provide ongoing HR support to employees and managers, as well as to the IL HR team, and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
5+ years of proven experience as a tech recruiter, including strong sourcing capabilities – A must!
Proven experience in conducting HR interviews and preparing employment offers/contracts – A must
Use SparkHire (Comeet), our applicant tracking system (ATS), and other recruiting tools to track applicants and manage workflow – A plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A people-oriented team player with a "Can Do" attitude
Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven
The expected salary range for this position is
$90,000–$120,000 USD per year , depending on experience, seniority, and location. Final compensation will take into account the candidate’s unique background and the specific role scope
