Location:
Reno or Las Vegas, NV (remote flexibility with occasional in-office / court appearances)
Compensation:
$100,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus

About The Role
Our client seeks
Transportation Litigation Defense Attorneys
in NV to focus exclusively on transportation-related defense matters. This includes commercial vehicle liability, accident claims, regulatory disputes, and other transportation litigation. The role offers remote work flexibility with occasional office appearances.
Key Responsibilities
Manage transportation defense litigation from discovery to trial preparation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other defense-focused legal documents.
Conduct legal research and factual analysis to support defense strategy.
Collaborate with senior defense attorneys and internal teams on transportation matters.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings related to transportation defense.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Litigation experience preferred, particularly in transportation, commercial liability, or general liability defense.
Strong analytical, research, and written/verbal communication skills.
Able to manage multiple transportation defense matters independently while collaborating with a team.
