Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Defend builders, developers, contractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation matters Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and contracts with strong attention to detail Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in a team-oriented environment Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in) 3–10 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for construction, general liability, or insurance defense Strong writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills Ability to meet annual billable requirement of 1,800 hours (150 hours per month) Seniority level
