Job Overview Fort Lauderdale office – 3+ year attorney with experience in Construction and Professional Liability
Responsibilities
Take and defend depositions, draft motions and pleadings
Work with partners on case strategy
Attend hearings and manage a caseload
Qualifications
JD or equivalent legal degree
3+ years of Construction Defect and Professional Liability defense experience

Monthly billable hour requirement 158.30 with substantial bonus for excess
