Human Resources Director
to lead all HR strategy, operations, and people initiatives across a diverse, fast‑paced work environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, forward‑thinking HR leader who excels in building strong relationships, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering an inclusive and high‑performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR department, including HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and compliance.
Partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee performance management, workforce planning, salary administration, and employee experience programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Florida employment laws and regulations.
Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support organizational growth.
Lead initiatives in culture, engagement, DEI, and organizational development.
Oversee employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
Manage benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and leave programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across all departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7–10+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in multi‑site or multi‑state operations highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
HR certification (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or SHRM‑CP) strongly preferred.
