Patient Services Specialist Lead – Harborview Medical Center Radiology Join the University of Washington as a Patient Services Specialist Lead in the Radiology Department at Harborview Medical Center, the only Level I Trauma and Burn Center in the region.

Job Description

Lead Patient Services Specialists and perform duties of other levels.

Participate in interviewing applicants.

Train and orient new employees and volunteers.

Provide feedback to supervisors for performance evaluations and corrective action plans.

Review and correct work performed by others for compliance with established procedures.

Schedule emergency shift assignments.

Identify and resolve problems or unusual situations; recommend changes as necessary.

Monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to suggest operational changes.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of provider and clinic schedules.

Perform the work of Patient Services Specialist 1, 2, and 3.

Other duties as requested.

Requirements

High School graduation or equivalent and at least three years of Patient Support Service experience.

Equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of the above.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details Pay Range: $50,160.00 – $71,796.00 annually.

Shift: Evening Shift (15:00-23:30, Monday–Friday). No Telework.

Temporary or Regular: Regular position.

FTE (Full-Time Equivalent): 100.00%

Union/Bargaining Unit: WFSE HMC.
