Primary Job Responsibilities

Lead Patient Services Specialists and other assigned staff, and perform the work of the other Patient Services Specialist levels.

Participate in interviewing applicants.

Train and orient new employees and/or volunteers to the department.

Provide feedback to supervisor for employee performance evaluations, corrective action plans and training plans.

Review and correct the work performed by others for compliance with established procedures.

Schedule emergency shift assignments.

Identify and resolve problems or unusual situations; recommend changes as necessary.

Monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to suggest operational changes.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of provider and clinic schedules.

Perform the work of the Patient Services Specialist 1, 2, and 3.

Other duties as requested.

Requirements

High School graduation or equivalent AND three years of Patient Support Service experience.

OR equivalent education/experience.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum: $50,160.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum: $71,796.00 annual
