Class Action Attorney – Plaintiff’s Employment
Blackstone Law is a rapidly growing boutique firm seeking an experienced, sharp, and driven Class Action Attorney to lead its plaintiff’s side employment litigation practice. The role involves managing class and PAGA wage and hour matters with occasional crossover into discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation matters. The candidate will work closely with the team lead and other attorneys to strategize and obtain the best possible result for clients while enjoying a collaborative, fast‑paced working environment.
Base pay range:
$120,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr
Manage class and PAGA wage and hour claims, including class certification, discovery, and trial.
Handle discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment matters on a cross‑functional basis.
Work autonomously while collaborating with the team to devise strategic litigation plans.
Provide clear, concise written research and legal opinions.
Qualifications:
Experience in class action litigation, particularly in wage and hour matters.
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Self‑sufficient, highly motivated, and a team player ready to take on significant financial and career growth opportunity.
