Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Profit Growth: Deliver outstanding customer experience, upsell products, and implement promotions to maximize revenue.
Customer Engagement & Experience: Provide personalized styling advice and recommend add‑ons to enhance shopping journey.
Expert Piercing Services: Complete the company training program and perform safe, professional piercings.
Operational Excellence: Maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions efficiently, and keep the store visual‑appealing.
Team Support & Sales Coaching: Collaborate with the Store Manager to train and motivate team members.
Trend‑Driven Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products with enthusiasm and up‑to‑date fashion knowledge.
About You
Sales‑driven mindset: Exceeds sales targets and seeks opportunities.
Customer‑centric approach: Passionate about exceptional service.
Retail & leadership experience: Minimum one year of retail management preferred.
Confidence in piercing services: Willingness to become a trained specialist.
Strong communication & selling skills.
Ability to work independently: Self‑motivated and organized.
Job Requirements
Perform piercings with patience, empathy, and safety.
Proficient with POS system operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of retail management experience.
Physical ability to stand, lift 11‑35 kg, bend, stoop, and climb ladders or step‑stools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid math skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
Passion for fashion and current trends.
Ability to create curated fashion looks during shift.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
