Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Profit Growth: Take ownership of store sales by delivering outstanding customer experience, upselling products, and implementing promotions to maximize revenue.

Customer Engagement & Experience: Every customer interaction is a chance to create a loyal shopper! Use your enthusiasm and product knowledge to provide personalized styling advice and recommend add‑ons.

Expert Piercing Services: Become a trusted piercing specialist through our training program and provide a safe, fun, and professional experience.

Operational Excellence: Maintain inventory accuracy, handle transactions efficiently, and keep the store well‑merchandised and visually appealing.

Team Support & Sales Coaching: Work with the Store Manager to train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver top‑notch customer service.

Trend‑Driven Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm, staying up to date with fashion trends and translating that knowledge into compelling recommendations.

About You

Sales‑Driven Mindset: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Customer‑Centric Approach: You’re passionate about providing exceptional service.

Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred.

Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.

Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You know how to engage customers and close the sale.

Ability to Work Independently: You’re self‑motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.

Job Requirements

Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.

Proficient in operating a POS system.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail management experience.

Ability to stand, lift 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Passionate about fashion and current trends.

Compensation Range: $20.50–$22.50 per hour.
