Assist the DON with staffing, hiring, and onboarding Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations Collaborate across disciplines to enhance resident care Drive quality improvement initiatives and staff education What We’re Looking For
RN licensed in Georgia Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in long-term care Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and compliance Current CPR certification Your Benefits Include
