Requirements: Candidate Must have the following: Minimum 3 years of Products Liability Litigation experience within a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent); Substantial experience Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews; Engagement with Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings; Keen knowledge of Causation and/or failure analysis; Ability to handle cases from start to finish.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired); Strong research, verbal & written communication skills, and analytic skills required; Colorado Bar.
Day to Day Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Representing a diverse clientele including manufacturers, distributors, and sellers.
Assisting clients in such areas as automotive, pharma/medical devices, tech, food, and consumer goods.
Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.
Managing document collection, review, and production.
Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
Aiding in Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
