Responsibilities

Develop actionable plans for new ideas, with a deep understanding of back-end systems, providing critical analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Lead product creation, troubleshooting, and system integration efforts, working closely with key stakeholders and cross-departmental teams.

Serve as a primary contact for integrating new products into existing systems, ensuring smooth deployment.

Oversee key projects from initial planning through execution, maintaining timelines and deliverables.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics, performance, and system health.

Conduct reporting and analysis to assess current states, identify gaps, and set goals for future performance improvements.

Develop, document, and update training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for the Onboard Revenue Inventory team and other stakeholders.

Utilize deep data analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.

Support Onboard Revenue team by administering and maintaining inventory information in Pre Cruise-Planner (PCP) program, Hybris and SAP Commerce platform, and distributing inventory information across all business fields.

Create project management tools, trackers and action logs to deliver on the Onboard Revenue Inventory Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.

Assist with inventory management for destination experiences and ensure alignment with Time to Market (TTM) schedules.

Coordinate and manage guest communication support as needed.

Facilitate inventory team meetings, report on inventory trends, and recommend actions to management.

Audit and maintain guest-facing platforms, provide IT testing support, and assist in defect resolution.

Assist in ad-hoc projects to maximize revenue and reduce costs.

Perform other duties as required.

Financial Responsibilities Supports the implementation of Onboard Revenue Inventory strategy and its impact on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, data management, or related field; 1–2 years of business analytics experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality, clear presentations.

Experience in project management and delivering projects to stakeholders.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent communication, time management, and writing skills.

Strong project management skills and ability to drive consensus in cross‑functional teams.

Ability to analyze trends and pricing/cost data.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently and as a team member; effective written and verbal communication.

Physical Demands May require sitting, standing, typing, occasional lifting of 10–25 pounds, and reading with visual focus.

Work Environment Work inside or outside the office, may involve travel to other office locations.
