About the Team
The Reliability Engineering Team plays a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. We work closely with cross‑functional partners to identify and mitigate risks, develop and execute reliability tests, and analyze data to inform design and process improvements. Our team is passionate about delivering high‑quality products that exceed user expectations, and we're committed to continuous learning and growth in our pursuit of innovation and excellence in reliability engineering. Responsibilities
Deeply understand DIC, accelerometer, strain gauge and other sophisticated testing methods in order to train and assist technicians Design, develop, and implement test fixtures and setups to support REL tests Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing and equipment operation. Train new personnel on equipment operation Troubleshoot equipment issues Execute high‑impact, high‑priority REL Test requests Communicate progress, blockages, issues and progress in a timely manner Follow documentation for testing and equipment operation Set up and operate test equipment, including sensors, strain gauges, and accelerometers. Apply sensors and strain gauges to test specimens and ensure accurate data collection. Write and maintain accurate records of test results, including data analysis and interpretation. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems, being sure to communicate to Lab Manager and Lab Engineer. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize test processes and equipment. Track time spent on activities, and report daily Required Skills
