Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr

Position Overview Our sales model goes beyond talent; we deliver full sales operations, including management and scaling systems. The Sales Director oversees a small portfolio of key accounts, driving pipeline management, performance reviews, CRM accuracy, and operational improvements.

You Should Apply

Sales management experience managing large teams

Extensive experience with lead generation businesses

Strong qualitative and quantitative sales skills (culture, training, data, KPIs, quotas)

Proven ability to drive efficiency through tech stack & process

Experience managing sales teams in the high‑ticket alternative education space (huge plus)

Deep understanding of sales enablement

Leadership of high‑intensity sales teams

Proficiency with sales tech & spreadsheets

Strong feedback loop with marketing

Seeking a role that is exciting

Major Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluates lead flow ratios & rep capacity daily

Works closely with marketing to ensure profitable ad spend

Tracks & monitors sales reps’ pipelines to enforce best practices

Manages CRM to prevent missed opportunities

Runs all daily sales syncs

Creates sales training materials for the Sales Training Center

Enforces adherence to SOPs

Reviews & analyzes call recordings, creating call reviews for training

Strategizes deals with sales reps to increase sales

Maintains projections & manages sales quotas

Evaluates sales rep performance for data‑driven decisions

Exemplifies WFS core values & highlights rep spotlights

Reviews end‑of‑day reports from sales reps

Attends all account status meetings

Studys account offers & product knowledge (training center resident expert)

Communicates staffing needs based on capacity & performance

Assists CSO & recruiting team in interviewing & hiring new sales reps

Onboards, trains, and ramps new sales reps

Identifies sales enablement assets & process improvements

Collaborates with integrators on data, reporting & CRM accuracy

Communicates tech tasks to the integrator

Takes complete revenue ownership
