Responsibilities
Collaborate across disciplines as the bridge between engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all project disciplines.
Shape project success by developing innovative design studies, defining project scopes, and creating accurate engineering estimates.
Master procurement and installation: draft specifications for electrical equipment, evaluate technical bids, and select top‑tier solutions.
Perform precision calculations that form the foundation of successful designs and installations.
Bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to solve complex technical challenges.
Be hands‑on in the field: travel to project sites, conduct walk‑downs, oversee installations, and support start‑up activities.
Lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive, goal‑oriented environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent work and training.
Typically 3 years of experience designing electrical systems.
Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial (chemical or pulp & paper), energy, and government (DOE) projects is highly preferred.
Writing, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work as an individual contributor and in teams.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
For positions on federal contracts, only U.S. citizens will be considered.
Senior Engineers: 7 years of post‑graduate experience; Principal Engineers: 10 years of post‑graduate experience.

Pay Range USD $90,000.00 - USD $177,450.00 /Yr.
