We are seeking talented Electrical Engineers at all experience levels, from early-career professionals to principal engineers. Responsibilities

Collaborate across disciplines, acting as the bridge between engineering teams and ensuring seamless integration.

Shape project success by developing innovative design studies, defining scopes, and creating accurate engineering estimates.

Master procurement and installation, drafting specifications, evaluating bids, and selecting solutions.

Perform precision electrical calculations that form the foundation of designs and installations.

Bring creative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Be hands‑on in the field, traveling to project sites for walk‑downs, installations, and start‑up activities.

Lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive goal‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Typically 3 years of experience with electrical system design for mid-level roles; 7 years for Senior; 10 years for Principal.

Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial, or government projects preferred.

Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work individually and effectively in teams.

Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Some roles require U.S. citizenship for federal contracts.

Pay Range USD $90,000.00 – $177,450.00 per year.

Salary Range Information If a salary range is listed, it reflects the typical range for this full‑time position based on role level and location. Individual compensation will be determined by location, experience, and other factors.

Eligibility to Work
