About The Opportunity The Clinical Director designs and supervises the provision of evidence‑based mental health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities across home, school, and natural settings. This role is performed in collaboration with our regional team and Board of Clinical Quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct regular home visits to the assigned caseload under the supervision of the Board of Clinical Quality.
Provide individualized parent education and supervise program implementation.
Monitor documentation, complete treatment plans, data sheets, behavioral support plans, progress reports, and discharge reports.
Manage scheduling, cancellations, and billing, ensuring completion of clinical services and meeting billable hour goals.
Provide clinical support and training to Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists through 1:1 and team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
Evaluate supervisee performance, communicate concerns, and maintain progress notes for supervision hours.
Support staff with clinical processes such as behavioral support plans, assessments, session plans, data collection, and monthly logs.
Maintain communication with Human Resources, the Regional Director, and other stakeholders regarding administrative and clinical concerns.
Stay current with research, trends, and developments in autism and special education.
Attend staff meetings, in‑services, trainings, and other meetings as requested.
Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements About You Experience & Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, child development, childhood education, special education, pediatric therapy, or a related field.
BCBA credential required.
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities in multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, PRT, IEPs, and the school continuum of services.
Experience with community resources and agencies serving children.
Ability to work with a diverse population and travel to multiple program service areas.
Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual preferred.
Strong judgment, decision‑making skills, and confidentiality.
Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing.
Physical Requirements May Include But Is Not Limited To
Visual stimulation and computer work.
Regular sitting and intermittent standing.
Telephone use and document handling.
Frequent typing and occasional walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Salary Description $52 to $62 per hour
