Vice President of Operations
with a proven track record in the staffing industry.
This is a newly created position on the Executive leadership team reporting directly to the founder and CEO. In this role, you’ll serve as a key strategic partner to help shape the company’s operational direction, spearhead expansion initiatives, and strengthen operational excellence across all markets.

and positioning the company as an industry disrupter. As VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling new markets and supporting the rollout of the
Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
across the organization.

What You’ll Lead Oversee multi‑branch operations across current and emerging markets
Drive performance across revenue, gross margin, client satisfaction, and fill ratios
Implement operational standards, KPIs, and best practices company‑wide
Strengthen leadership capability within field leadership teams through coaching and development
Partner with the CEO to execute core growth initiatives and new market launches
Ensure operational readiness for new branches, acquisitions, or service line expansion
What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive staffing industry leadership in high‑volume environments
Proven success in multi‑location operational oversight (regional or national)
Strong P&L management, forecasting, and operational analytics experience
Skilled in scaling markets, optimizing margin, and improving field performance
Exceptional communicator and people leader who builds trust quickly
EOS experience is a plus!
Client relationship management at the senior leadership and executive levels.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combined education and professional experience
