Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Performance (NYX)
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Performance for NYX Professional Makeup located in El Segundo, CA. This pivotal role will optimize supply chain efficiency by developing and executing next‑gen tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex supply chain metrics (e.g., sales forecasts, inventory levels, order patterns, logistics metrics, supplier performance).
Develop and maintain robust performance models and tools to identify trends, forecast demand accurately and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Translate findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, and cost reduction.
Serve as the primary performance expert for supply‑chain discussions and build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams.
Communicate monthly Supply‑Chain KPIs and sales performance to the organization.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance supply‑chain processes, from forecasting accuracy to delivery efficiency, leveraging data and best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic projects designed to improve overall supply‑chain resilience and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 2–4 years progressive experience in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or manufacturing, preferably within CPG or beauty industry.
Proven expertise in data analysis and interpretation, managing large, dynamic datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of presenting complex data findings clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Success in influencing, persuading and negotiating outcomes.
Sound professional judgment and decision‑making capabilities.
Salary Range 77 k–110 k + Bonus
