Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Clearance Level Required: Secret
Position Title SOAS Program Manager
Responsibilities
Ensure all requirements listed within this PWS are accomplished.
Maintain oversight/supervision of all other contractor personnel assigned to this Contract.
Prepare a Requirements Implementation Plan upon assignment, detailing the approach to be taken to execute the requirements in the PWS.
Support candidates through the entire SOAS preparation and application process.
Conduct pre and post-SOAS candidate follow-up and analysis.
Develop and maintain a spreadsheet containing a list of all interested SEAL Officer Candidates which is to be included in the monthly report of SOAS activities.
Consolidate and submit a PM’s consolidated monthly report to include the PMs Assessment of all activities; the candidate tracking spreadsheet; and the swim coach’s spreadsheet report.
Qualifications
Possess 5 or more years of experience working with NSW officer qualifications, accession, assessment, evaluation criteria, and selection processes.
Know through either direct or acquired means the inherent characteristics of successful SEAL officers.
Possess and maintain SECRET security clearance.
