About the Role We’re looking for an
Instrumentation and Controls Engineer
who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You will design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities.
Responsibilities
Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information.
Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff and the discipline lead.
Manage schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, familiarizing with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control.
Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications preferred.
Experience working with Data Centers.
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for buildings and construction.
