A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222‑room hotel all within a 125‑acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. The resort includes residents‑only facilities, a luxury spa, a state‑of‑the‑art well‑being/fitness center, fine dining outlets, tennis center, 18‑hole golf course, bowling, movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club.
About the Role:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to solicit, sell, and confirm group business required to meet budgeted sales goals.
What You Will Do
Promote and sell to group markets in the defined geographic region for the property.
Generate resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, trade shows, hotel tours, and networking groups.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to solicit, sell, and confirm group business to meet budgeted sales goals for the property. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit group travel.
This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in decision‑making and managing confidential information of the property.
Performs and follows up on all extra tasks, actions, and responsibilities assigned by the Directors of Sales and Directors of Marketing.
Has the ability to be a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels.
Attend all required meetings.
Other duties or projects as assigned.
What You Bring
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum two to three years experience in a related position, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong computer and math skills required.
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software programs including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, PCC, contract software, and ACT!
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty‑four (24) hours a day; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
Occasional travel for trainings, events, and/or conferences.
