What You’ll Do:

Support the DON with daily nursing operations

Lead, train, and mentor nursing staff

Assist with care planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance

Communicate with doctors, residents, and families

Help ensure excellent resident care and smooth workflow

Make rounds to support staff, identify issues, and follow up

Who You Are:

Licensed RN or LPN in Illinois

Organized, reliable, and team-focused
