RFP and Proposal Manager Greenberg Traurig, LLP (GT), a global law firm with locations across the world in 15 countries, is seeking a qualified RFP and Proposal Manager to join our Marketing Team. The role is based on a hybrid basis in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Denver, Houston or New Jersey.

Position Summary The RFP and Proposal Manager is responsible for managing and drafting key client pitches and responses to requests for proposals, developing and organizing related collateral materials, and improving best practices across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Project manage RFPs and high-value proposals with industry and practice group marketers; develop deep understanding of target industries.

Maintain and update the firm’s RFP response library and tools; provide strategic, customized responses.

Communicate with firm leadership and attorneys to ensure RFPs are strategically addressed.

Review RFP win/loss statistics, develop adjustments to increase win rates.

Collaborate with Marketing team members to customize responses and drive success.

Assess competitive environment for proposals and gather intelligence.

Supervise work assignments and projects as RFP Project Manager, ensuring quality and timely delivery; facilitate communication across internal groups.

Serve as resource and mentor to team members and maintain knowledge of department protocols.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Execute other projects as assigned.

Education and Prior Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of five years of experience with significant responsibilities in proposal writing and business development support, or a related field.

Experience at a law firm or professional services firm strongly preferred.

Technology

Proficiency with Windows‑based software and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.

Compensation Expected pay range: $134,000 to $147,000 per year.
