This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with C‑Suite executives and high‑profile stakeholders, delivering white‑glove service with precision, professionalism, and an unwavering sense of urgency.
The Executive Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for executives, clients, and VIP guests—ensuring a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is poised, resourceful, and thrives in environments where discretion, problem‑solving, and attention to detail are paramount.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Guest Experience
Greet and welcome C‑Suite executives, board members, and high‑level clients with professionalism and warmth
Anticipate needs proactively and provide thoughtful, concierge‑level service throughout the day
Manage all aspects of the visitor experience, including check‑in, hospitality coordination, and meeting preparation
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and executive assistants
Operational & Administrative Support
Coordinate conference room reservations and ensure rooms are impeccably prepared for executive meetings
Oversee catering orders, guest amenities, and special requests
Support ad hoc executive projects with accuracy and a sense of urgency
Maintain an organized, pristine front‑of‑house environment that reflects the company’s brand standards
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with facilities, security, hospitality, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
Communicate schedules, requests, and issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate concierge, executive support, luxury hospitality, or high‑end client‑facing role
Experience supporting senior executives (C‑Suite preferred)
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Highly polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effortlessly
Demonstrated sense of urgency, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A proactive problem‑solver who remains calm and composed under pressure
