$40.00 - $46.09 /hr
Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions available in 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts. Shift differential: $1.00 for evenings, $3.00 for nights. $5,000 sign‑on for full‑time.
We offer a consistent schedule at the same site each day—no agency work, no travel across town.

Responsibilities Under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice nurse, or other authorized health care provider, an LPN will participate in developing, implementing, and modifying the comprehensive care plan for facility residents, and practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by state regulations.
Qualifications
Current licensed to practice as an LPN in the practicing state.
Knowledge of state and federal rules governing facility practice.
Understanding of infection control principles and practices.
Pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation (vaccinated or documented exemption).
Recent clinical experience or education in geriatrics preferred.
