Sr Estimator – Multifamily Construction
We are seeking a Sr Estimator for our Multifamily New Ground Up Division. The Estimator will be responsible for developing detailed cost estimates for large-scale residential construction projects. This role involves analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documents to accurately predict the cost of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Senior Estimators also manage and mentor junior team members, contribute to the preconstruction process, and ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule. Salary:
$110 - $150K (Based on years of experience) Relocation:
