Job Description On site (parks, resorts, and Disney buildings) Service Level desktop incident resolution for cast members. Provide break/fix support for Disney owned devices, peripherals, and software installed.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and enforce service level agreements for cast members.

Liaise with EUC Request Fulfillment team and carry out daily installations for hardware refresh, reimage, or memory upgrade.

Wipe devices returned from field for inventory return.

Install and configure software requested by cast members, including MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, VPN software, etc.

Manage all service level tickets assigned to individuals – update and close tickets.

Provide post‑validation support for remote appointments (device configuration, software installation, network drive setup, reimage or replacement).

Lift, carry, and transport computer equipment.

Required Skills

3-5 years of PC desktop/laptop field deployment experience with large scale operations.

Experience with SCCM, TCP/IP protocols, Active Directory, and Exchange.

Hands‑on experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and Mac OS.

Experience with ticket monitoring systems (ServiceNow).

Large scale Windows migration activities.

Knowledge of Intune.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong customer service skills (in‑person and written).

Strong communication skills (in‑person and written).

Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Ability to multitask in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.

Detail oriented.
