Base salary range: $69,500.00 – $95,500.00 per year.

We’re looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited to work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the opportunity to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, including data centers.

Responsibilities You will:

Develop process & instrumentation plans (P&IDs).

Size valves and specify instrumentation.

Document and model design information.

Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Coordinate work activities with other staff and the discipline lead.

Provide on‑site assistance during startup.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver world‑class solutions.

Produce control system designs and develop options/optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.

At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control.

Preferred:

Knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications.

Experience working with Data Centers.

Engineer in Training (EIT).

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas.

Ability to learn quickly and broaden your knowledge base.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.

Passion for buildings and construction.
