Salary Range:
$67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors.
Oversee all product inspection, testing, and release activities to ensure adherence to specifications.
Investigate non‑conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain and update quality documentation, records, and reports in accordance with company standards.
Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of quality control equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1‑2 years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
In‑depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and core quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
Proven leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, GD&T, and utilizing a wide range of metrology and inspection equipment.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software
Certified Internal Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis
