Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians.
Oversee all stages of product inspection, including incoming, in-process, and final quality checks.
Investigate product non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and customer specifications.
Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and reporting of key quality metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
Manage the calibration and maintenance schedule for all quality inspection equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality inspection team.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various inspection equipment.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Certified Internal/Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) quality processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP)
